Several years ago I brought my 2005 Triumph Tiger to "The Seat Guy"! It was equipped with a Corbin seat that for the most part fit my needs. At 5' 11" though, when standing still, I was almost on the tips of my toes; the Corbin seat was just too wide.

In discussion with Jon, he suggested to bring the bike over and straddle it in front of him. After Jon took some measurements, he offered several options on fabric textures; piping, colors and what would look and perform the best on my bike. One last option I requested was to add heated seats.

He shaved/tapered the sides to allow my legs to reach the ground, installed the heated seat then wrapped the seat with three different fabrics that make it pop! I telling you it performs great, looks great and keeps my backside too hot!

I almost forgot to mention probably the most important aspect to the Seat Guy's craftsmanship; the attention to detail. The stitching and wrapping the Corbin seat was flawless. I've ridden tens of thousands of miles in all kinds of weather and the seat still looks fantastic.

The Seat Guy is who you need to revitalize, update and/or customize your seat(s). His work will add comfort and value to all your horses in your stable, and make you proud of your collection!

GREAT JOB JON! Thank you for such a great seat!

Just a quick note to congratulate you on opening your new store. I think it's great, and I'm sure all your customers will too! I can tell you that all my customers in Northwest Indiana, that you built seats for, can't stop talking about the quality of your work that you always get completed in a timely manner. It will not be long before the word gets out, and now that you have the store I will be sending you more seats more often. One thing for sure, The Seat Guy has made it very easy for me to please my customers.

Thanks A Lot Jon

I had Jonathan recover a seat off a 1994 BMW R100R Mystic. He came up with ideas for improving it that I would never have thought of. I am delighted with it! The quality of the material and the workmanship were outstanding. The time frame was fast and the price was very reasonable. He's my man from now on.

Jon "the Seat Guy" Revilla is one of the last, great seat customizers left in the industry. Having seen his work first-hand on everything from vintage restorations, to off-road bikes, to long-haul tourers, I was only too happy to ask him to build a custom seat for my Triumph Daytona 675 racebike. The vast selection of materials he has--both padding and coverings--as well as his ability to modify or build custom seat pans, are just some of the reasons why he is best equipped for any kind of job. He listened to my needs before making suggestions, and gave me updates throughout the build process to ensure that the finished product was exactly what I wanted. In the end, the seat surpassed my expectations and I have personally recommended him to dozens of my clients over the years.

In after buying my 2005 Honda VTX 1300 I decided I wanted a better seat. I was referred to Jonathan by his brother I sent him a drawing of what I was looking for. He agreed to rework my seat in black leather with an ostrich insert. I found a second seat on Ebay and sent Jonathan the seat to rework. When I got the seat back from him I could not have been happier. The seat is in fact a work of art that has received many many comments over the years. When I have a new seat that I want to be done again Jonathan will be the first person I contact.
I turn to The Seat Guy for all of my motorcycle seat restoration needs. After answering a number of questions about my dimensions, John Revilla cleaned up the seat pan then built a seat for my 1975 Honda CB400F race bike that is perfect for my form on the track. John also upholstered the solo seat on my 1965 Harley Davidson Scat. He took it upon himself to research how the seat was made at the factory so his remake would fit the bike. Thanks John! I am one happy customer!
